As of Tuesday 15th May 2018, we have upgraded the online services available to you. For those of you who are already signed up to use our online services, you will be automatically migrated to the new version when you next login: https://twr1.thewaiting-room.net/
The new version of the Waiting-room is an online system that allows for booking of appointments and ordering of medicines. It also gives you access to a copy of your Summary Care Record (SCR). Your SCR is an electronic record which contains information about the medicines you take, allergies you suffer from and any bad reactions to medicines you have had.
The online appointment system will allow you to both book and cancel your appointments. You will always be able to book and appointment via the telephone, and there will be no less appointments available for telephone booking due to the offering of this service.
