New to online services?

For patients who have yet to register to use our online services, simply complete the signup form below and hand it in at one of our reception desks with your identification.

What do you need to do?

You need to register to use The Waiting Room 2.To do this you need to:

  • Ask Reception for an application form to complete or download it here:     The Waiting Room 2 - Patient Signup Form.docx
  • if you order medication for someone else you will need to ask for a proxy form which they will need to complete to allow you access. Or, download it here: The Waiting Room 2 - Proxy Signup Form.docx
  • Provide Identification for example~
  • Driving Licence

  • Passport

  • Birth Certificate

  • Marriage Certificate

  • NHS Smart Card

  • Military ID Card

(Identification is essential as you will be accessing private information)

Once you have done this you will shortly receive a verification email, followed by your account codes to enable you to register.


Whichever system your choose, repeat prescription requests will be made ready for collection after 3 full working days. You may deposit your Repeat Prescription Counterfoils at the surgery, indicating the item(s) required, or send your requests by post, or use either of the online links above.

The Dispensary at Roche is open from 08.30 - 12.45 and 13.30 - 18:00.  We can also arrange for prescriptions to be forwarded to local chemists for collection if you have difficulty attending.
